Our impact research has repeatedly shown that leaders learn best from peers – they recognise parts of themselves in others and value them; spot aspirational qualities to covet and nurture; sense what’s not working and work out how to change it. That’s why we bring together 60 leaders from across sectors for our flagship nine-month experiential leadership programme, Wavelength Connect.
